Me: I’m so scared for the 2k
Rower: oh my god I’ve been panicking all day
Me: it’s going to hurt like a bitch, I’m so scared I hope I do well
Non-rower: wait, only a 2k?
I feel… Depressed… Without it.
And I know I’m supposed to let my body heal but it makes me angry it’s broken in the first place.
I can’t take this.
It’s destroying me.
I’ve tried swimming… That hurts.
Running… I suck
Lifting… But that injures me…
Biking… Which I like But can’t be the only thing I do…
Does anyone have exercises/sports to distract me/keep me in shape that don’t involve upper body? ANYONE? PLEASE? :(
